We would be into a second Gillard Government term when she has to fork up this 2.5 BILLION.
But would she care - because the average person doesn't know this - and she'll have their bought vote meanwhile.
And could she AFFORD to honor this promise by then??
Getting herself elected is her sole aim.
And she'll do (almost) anything, politically, to get in.
