She wants a seat on the board and to be part of the business. She is not scaremongering IMO, she wants a seat at the table and her pitch is I can solve any problems you may have or may not know you have. Implicit in that pitch is her also saying that we don't need ALB. @anatol recent post makes it even clearer what good shape we are in. Gina will want to try and undermine the views of anatol in his post a little to get on the board. if she doesn't get that she will keep on buying until she is on the board. Personally I am happy to have Gina on the board as I don't want ALB's $3 offer.
