You don’t have genuine concerns about “misleading guidance” though, do you?… you won’t contact ASIC though will you?… just feels good to point the finger at someone else for your poor assessment wrt timing, poor understanding of forward-looking statements, poor expectations management…

Internet punter: He said he expected permitting in 2021; and he said he expected a strategic partnership ages ago too; we are still waiting and I’m not rich yet.

ASIC: Have you read the disclosures provided by the company regarding forward-looking statements?

Internet punter: No, but if the guidance was right I’d be rich already. Delays delays delays… broken promises!?!

Dyor people and beware of those venturing outside of reality trying to trigger the pitch forks against the company or its management.
I saw similar years ago when some GXY holders were vocally calling for the Chairman’s head, failing to understand how a board operates and how board decisions are actually made.
Does anyone really think Jerko dreams up random guidance on Rincon development and all the associated activities on his own? Get real. Some seem to forget that Pablo runs Puna Mining S.A. and would be leading all activities not associated with AGY’s specific responsibilities. If you don’t know what AGY’s responsibilities encompass, do more research, or pick up the phone to JZ and educate yourself about your investment.

A few people carrying on like JZ has been purposefully deceiving or misleading the market is imo absurd, and again ask yourself - would they be game enough to face him at the AGM and put these accusations and criticisms directly to him…? Of course not. Ponder that.

Has plenty of guidance been off? Yes, it sure has. It always is. We are not Robinson Crusoe there. Dyor. Learn to incorporate it with various other info, precedents etc etc to better manage your own expectations.
Imo anyone genuinely concerned wrt guidance should be discussing those concerns with the company, and actually trying to understand the basis of specific guidance and the various reasons that estimates were ultimately off. It’s not that hard, but I guess it’s easier to repeatedly and nonsensically vent with claims of “broken promises” etc etc on an anonymous internet forum. Wow.
Btw it’s not so anonymous if you cross the line and someone e.g. a company MD decides to take legal action. Dyor on the precedents.
