Agree completely. I'd be watching for Substantial Holder anns before I'd be even considering ANY sort of takeover, especially a hostile one. That 36% from the Top 20, is just the tip of the iceberg. The majority of the balance would also be comprised of LT, strong hand, holders who CAN SEE what this one can probably deliver. The expectation is huge from those LT holders. They would'nt even look at anything below multiples of the numbers being thrown about.
