They failed because the rules are inadequate.
I have pointed out the relevant bodies that Woodside engaged with and for a reasonable person they have done all that they should have.
Looking at Santos's Barossa imbroglio they consulted with the Tiwi Land Council, the relevant ARB who legally represent ALL of the occupants of the Tiwi's yet one resident say he wasn't consulted.
Only an unreasonable person would believe that Santos hadn't done all they should as have Woodside.
In the end I don't mind because it is all grist for the mill and why the yes vote will fail miserably. Also the Scarborough gas project will proceed as planned
Hopefully there will be one or two of similar things over the next two weeks, just to help the NO vote a bit more.
