It's the usually Sep tree shake... reit in aus are getting tainted with the same brush as the US reits... both commerical and residential Australian property is a different beast it corrects but never crashes...... offices will be full again once the employees lose the upper hand on a tight labour market and industrial and agricultural will only keep growing. Cni is a quality company with quality assets....... would love to know who the sellers are, unless bought prior to 2017 they would be triggering cap losses or is there a bunch of performance shares that are constantly getting dumped??
