As much as I'd prefer to avoid the topic, I must confront the issue that's hard to overlook: the entire Sud situation.
To be candid, this has cast a shadow of doubt for me. Whenever one searches for IHL or 42x, Sud's name consistently appears. With the looming $440m lawsuit, the concerns are hard to dismiss.

The idea of redomiciling to the US while being associated with someone caught up in such a significant fraud scandal isn't an encouraging sign for our public image.
