Let me just add: there is a non-binding HoA with Mitsubishi for the 2000t plant production. IMO they are just waiting to achieve "continuous production" to put this in an offtake that will run according to the terms of the HoA. Bags produced are being stored to start the ball rolling soon after the agreement. And this is an offtake separate from the offtake/funding arrangement that will be the effect of the receipt if permits for the 10ktpa. AIMO
