Perhaps the company will do an "In response to recent media speculation, the company advises that it is in negotiations with third parties that may or may not lead to an offer for the shares of the company. The company will continue to advise the market in line with its continuous disclosure obligations." Then, there will be a frenzy for 4 minutes of open, then the SP will languish again as we wait. :)
