VEN has been a horrible long term investment but it may be good investment for the next one to two years if they can manage to be profitable or at least operating cash flow positive. IMO VEN may be overtaken during this time but I don't think the scale of its operations make it desirable for the three large companies. May be a miner/manufacturer may want to buy it to secure gas supply (or Bridgeport may want to increase its interest). I am not sure why MEL continues to exist as a separate entity. It only has 25% interest and nothing else. All they do is pretty much duplicate VEN announcements to earn their salaries?
