I believe Ferrera's Mass Pressure chart is just a combination decennial/presidential (10 and 4 year) chart, it looks to me, and although he says on it is late Aug, it looks more like a week into Sep.
His own cycle analysis was for an Aug 10 top, and if he is getting it right then +/- 3 days.
