ridiculous they haven’t. “Just” $150m to show their confidence to the market and compound the previous buy back. It’s a strong move. Can’t imagine we are looking back at this in a year or 2 with more information and saying “oh, now it makes sense, smart move, that’s why they wanted to keep their powder dry”. From the outside looking in, they are too slow to make the easy decisions.
And I don’t know exactly why but I feel the legal action has made them button their lips on being open about future plans and releasing positive Ann like they used to, They need to defend themselves and wrap that up so we can move forward. Whats the timeline on that look like atm?
