We fully understand your commentry is in line with your coalition bias. Treasury is mainly the Treasury that evolved under eleven years of the howard/Coatello/Abbott government and the rules were established by the Howard Government. Henry was also Howards choice for Treasury head.
Robb made an absolute committment along with his boss Abbott(or is it the other way round) to submit costings in the required time. To have the gall to back off from that probably means that the unsubmitted policies are just stuff on the run that if costed will make the Coalition look incompetent and irresponsible.
My view is if they renege on lodging the costings they are not fit to govern.
