The government “employs” an eclectic group of people to do a myriad of job’s that are required to maintain their responsibilities.
You’re not trying to suggest that Military people aren’t employed by the government are you?
Whatever Mr p did, military, fed police, postal worker, whatever! Wasn’t the point I was suggesting.
The point was “He sounds like he has been paid by the government for being employed in government service, regardless of what section “.
Most people understand that “government paid people” prefer to keep their “outputs low” so as to not impede on the potential for others to also get a job in their sector.
As I’ve never worked in any capacity in any level of government, I’m only basing my opinions on anecdotal evidence.
My experience has mostly been, working properly/harder meant I increased my daily wage and that’s apparently the opposite of government paid work.
