king, when have you seen a predator make a move on a coy when the share price is making record highs lately??? STO wont be making a bid when we are over 1.20 that's for sure, buddy is right here , we will get a lousy 40-50% premium chucked in our face when its been thrashed down to the 70's and it is up to MANAGEMENT because retail holders wont really have a say in the end and i think you know that. You can vote no but i think the holders out of hotcopper world will take their 1.20-1.40 , i am only being realistic here and for others to bang on that we will be getting $2-3 off them dream on...Now what i want is NOT to be taken ovr i want ESG to actually grow only then will we see $3+ in our portfolio's, i am sick to death of every coy i put money into that has a great growth plan get taken away from me.. I DONT WANT A TAKEOVER because it will end up going to cheap.
