It's not a smear. It just gives the impression a director believes it's best to take any pay day now because they don't think it's worth hanging onto them for a better pay day .... which WE all believe is the case, so why doesn't he? That's what is annoying about it. It sends a pretty average message to the market regarding any near term potential ...
