the only thing that comes to mind is a full banking license, but even then, that’s an entirely seperate entity that NOV hopes to sell it’s equity in.
except, I don’t think they will be selling their equity, they will be raising cash and diluting their share holdings to fund the bank.
Perhaps they receive transaction fees from the bank, but even then, growing a customer base that is large enough to make a dent in Novatti’s sales figures, is a while away.
