regarding the 60 cents, just thinking about it, I know I could get some under 60 cents from the market . so why should I ? thinking about the 60 percentage of the institutional raising . Which means SGR is losing confidence from institutions and common investors like me. Actully I still got quite lots of cash. However for human nature, for those investors especially investors for years , they should have been full loaded at the 2 ish , if not, 1ish dollors , or under1. Which means most old investors have been bleeding . they are attracting new investors for sure or they just ignore public interest . The new management has no responbility
