I can’t fathom why canaccord and austroid would throw in the towel in their court proceedings unless they were guaranteed to be fairly compensated for their shareholdings. Any deal which give them a higher $/share than other shareholders wouldn’t be legal so I still think there’s a reasonable likelihood for a good outcome for all shareholders.
