I don't think there is/was a ruling as the case didn't get that far. MMCS wanted to postpone the case as they tried to convince the judges that the DRC was going to negotiate with them. DRC came back and said no. When MMCS realised that they had to go the distance and stump up $300k in legal fees, they bailed. That's my recollection of it anyway. I reckon Adele and Cominiere told MMCS to show up as they would ensure no representation from DRC side. NGOs found out and demanded lawyers be sent there, which happened at the 11th hour.
