There's little doubt IMO that the board will be facing an uphill battle at this year's AGM.
A second strike on the remuneration report will likely come as relief to twitter Stu; an easy way to step down without 'losing face' amongst his peers.
Management might as well take as much cash out of the company coffers as possible before then, right?
