Not disagreeing with the point that the market is brutal and that a bad deal would be punished (that was the point btw, in the unlikely event that you were being serious Itsa). Just think there's a bit more to the tank and the underlying reason for the ridiculous discount.

Agree with you Meph. But CAPR minor shareholders better watch out. If NS think that there is a good probability of success, they could buy back their back-ended $700 mill deal plus royalties for $90 mill in the market, just on the basis that there is an 18 month delay in approval.

The shareholders could get “Neuroboed”.
