So you are on HFC. A hybrid cable. Optic Fibre backbone with coax into the house. Problem is it is shared. If everyone was on it your speed will slow down significantly.
I have been in the telco industry for over 15 years.
All those things listed and more cannot be done simmultaneously with minimal latency on less than 10Mb/s.
You see with optic fibre you can have technologies like DWDM. Which communicates on different light spectrums. Hence you could have power through optic fibre too.
If you think that HFC and copper will do for the next 10 - 20 years you are dreaming.
