This is where the big lie resides on the pamphlet:

"Parliament and Government can choose to listen to that advice, or not."

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.....ffs. They have no choice.

Having a Voice means that under the Constitution the Voice has the right to give advice. The giving of advice CANNOT be ignored, as ignoring it effectively extinguishes any meaning attached to having that constituted right in the first place.

In other words, coexisting with the Voice's right to give advice is the corresponding obligation to be listened to.

In practice, this means formal procedures would need to be put in place demonstrating that Parliament/Executive government has received the advice and has, at the very least, considered that advice. Demonstrate anything less than that, and its off to the High Court.

HEEDING the advice is another matter altogether. No obligation there. But aren't the 'Yes' crowd a bunch of filthy lying b*stards.

    Vote NO to this sh*t.
