Or perhaps your motivation is to stop TMT holders not happy with the merger from doing a dbd25 and causing a stampede before you can sell your holding at a break even price ? At least I'm being honest with my intentions and don't pretend to have any noble goals in here or trying to scam other TMT holders.
By all means fell free to vote No to the merger but give the scaremongering a rest. Anyway I have a feeling that you won't be holding until the merger and as soon as the sp hits mid 30s you'll be bailing out.
