EEA already have amazing history in Africa of getting things done. And we know, they have a very good relationship with the Govt.
So are you saying they are prepared to invest $40 Mil with CAY for no reason? Must just be throwing cash around for a tax write off?
I'll back them in to get the job done. Please explain ur reasons with sound arguments.
