Why do you say she's buying from the shorters when the shorts keep increasing? She's buying on market and the very day of the change notice the shorts rise similar to what she's bought. Coincidence, i don't think so.
Is she buying in one hand, shorting through the other...sounds illegal or maybe just unethical.
I don't understand how the shorts are increasing while she's buying from them (that should have a negative effect on shorts). And the negative press releases to her companies about the risks with LTR would lead me to believe she maybe buying and loaning to her other entity's (which she has many) and shorting over the fence.
Any thoughts appreciated as that's all we have atm.
Other thought is she's 'shorting' with no intent other than to scare us to sell and she's buying on the other side as the price is very stable (compared to the actual market) and when time comes she will close her shorts at $3.
