Well for starters , they ( Sayona ) don't OWN it. As far as we know anyway.
When Nemaska ( previous or otherwise ) took options over a couple of Quebec potential properties at different times , they always announced it to the press. And I think it would be ' Material ' if Sayona to out or was awarded an options to purchase at a ' Price '.
