Yes maybe, but sounds like Shenghe is still shagging them around, prolonging the pain for Ellison, hopefully they don't play any silly games with Peak, their binding offtake remains contingent upon them funding the project, so no risk to them having secured Peaks supply option with an easy out if they choose, or further delays here also if it suits their broader strategy.
