How is it allowed to trade on? How are directors not breaching their duties? How can this be still solvent?
ASIC needs to stop Novatti make a mockery of the ASX.
It is a disgrace and ridiculous given sec 588 of the Corporations Act does not allow directors to allow a company to trade if it is insolvent.
