I sincerely hope by Monday our time, this is capped - not only for the $ lost but it could absolutely stuff an NV#2 in any reasonable time.

My concern is that this goes on the 10 days and then Louisiana, which probably already has an itchy trigger finger, puts NV on hold for some inquiry.

Any other state in the US probably would not have concerned me, but Louisiana - geez they might be looking for kahunas to hang from a flag pole after the gulf.
