I believe the same, that management have a bigger reason for this acquisition. They're just fattening up the cow in preparation for the M&A show. I think this move doubly shows that GLN is being glossed up in preparation for a bigger fish. It may coincide with these advanced talks they're having as an acquisition of this type would only be conducted if it sweetened end deal. We will hopefully find out more towards the end of the year.
