They have done well asset stripping the company and paid them selves well over time. Not much left to warrant been a shareholder. Hasn't been for a long time.
Best option now . If your a keen shareholder( these people sadly exist.) start a motion to wind up the company would be best for shareholders. Before its all gone into admin and nothing left. Stop the board from selling more assets under their management unless its a return to shareholders. Not for their bonuses or pay
Its a lost cause anyway its clearly going only one way now.
