As annoying as it is they aren't going to announce any change in capital plans to you over email.
That sounds like defaulting to the wording in the previous update to the market at the FY23 results.
I don't actually disagree with those three dot points they outlined, those things *should* be higher priority than a buyback in my view, the trouble is that they haven't said specifically what any of those investment in growth initiatives are (other than the MVM blending and canning upgrade that has been earmarked for awhile now).
