I am sorry Guys ...something is not adding up.
The Company's own words in the last paragraph below clearly articulated expectations ( held by the comapny itself) that have not been realised.
The non-realisation of these expectations , held at that time , accompanied by continuing silence ,surely is a fair basis for any reasonable person to ask "What is happening in the market place ?"...after 7 months.
Sure , its not the main game ,and all those sort of defences ...but don't you as a part owner of the Comapny , want to know.
Come on Writer ..surely you must be a tincy bit interested in the real story. (lol)
Not trying to get the price down (as will be accused) ..just seeking some understanding and transparency ...read between the lines of silence .

Commences Final Preparations for Commercial Launch

Unilife Medical Solutions Limited (Unilife or the Company) (ASX: UNI / OTCPK: UNIFF) today announced that it had commenced final preparations for the commercial release and sale of its Unitract 1mL syringes following the successful completion of device ageing studies for product manufactured at its FDA-registered manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania.

The Company expects to be in a position to shortly announce the appointment of a number of agreements for the sale and distribution of its Unitract 1mL syringes by pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare distributors which are active across a number of international markets including North America and Asia.

Following the successful completion this week of a Medical Device Directive (MDD) audit for CE Mark registration of US-manufactured product, Unilife also expects to be in a position to commence Unitract 1mL syringe sales within Europe during the first quarter of 2010. Final negotiations regarding the placement of initial orders for the Unitract 1mL syringes with interested distributors in Europe are also now taking place."

Taking an awful long time to close the deals !!
