    From what I can see , here are the CRs from May 2008 to May 2010.

    May 08 $7.6m (7c)
    Sept 09 $7.237 (2c)
    Feb 10 $2.25 (4.5c)
    May 10 $6.5m (6.5c)

    Total $23.587 poured into Block 31 to date.

    Todays 'deal' values the Company at $23.93m , at 2.7c (much less if you use the more realistic 2c EV)

    So remind me again where any value creation has occured?
