In no way am I out to “smear “ Davisite or RAC .
What attracted my attention was the disclosure some time ago that he had a “badge “ on this forum as a company representative.
I found it “odd” that any company rep would want to post at all on a forum likely to have predominantly retail small investors .
I understand and respect his genuine wish to answer shareholders questions that all can see rather than getting emails etc . I also respect that this was done with full disclosure of him being a company rep ( and as he has mentioned there may be other company reps on here who do not disclose).
He has not disclosed any “inside “ information and does not answer any perceived sensitive questions.
The company rep “badge “ has now gone . In some posts he disclosures he had board permission to comment on news . Other posts he comments as a shareholder ( a significant large shareholder) .
Does he by posting here have any “influence “ on investors? I have no idea . I often see his posts well “liked” and sometimes appear in the top 5 of the day .
I note that in the last ASX release there was a Q and A section at the bottom explaining some the release . That in my mind is a good way to get the message clearly out .
I hope like with any listed company shareholders do well
