Pretty sure that Ting and Guido will be at IMEC with DM.

DM is not a techie (at all) whereas the other two are very much so. Dave will be there for the commercial aspects of the discussion, Ting and Guido from a Tech perspective.

I'm sure that they will come up with a suitable plan for the company going forwards. The announcement that they put out after that visit - as we all know - is extremely important from a SP perspective. I'm sure that DM realises that!

DM and Howard are just as keen to do whatever results in the good payout as we all are. They will do whatever IMEC advise is the quickest route to a Sale.
