Better idea. Everyone leave him unblocked but instead of responding, spend the equivalent time reporting his posts. They clearly go against HC's policy against flaming and baiting (amongst others), and many even are clearly defamatory against individuals within the company (which I believe is sufficient cause for an immediate suspension).
If he gets moderated enough for contravening the rules of Hot Copper, his account will hopefully be permanently suspended soon enough.
