i can tell you thodey is a good operator who is working at changing the culture....sack him? why - for negotiating a great deal on switching subscribers from the copper network??? for actually biting the bullet and going through some short term pain??? The only issue telstra has had has been lack of vision with it's mountains of cash and expensive pricing....
