I'm sorry dude, but there are a couple of points to consider here:
1) Apart from CXO, Galan's performance yesterday and today is currently lagging behind all its peers, at least on my list.
2) The other companies haven't recently released an impressive DFS just two days ago.
So, yes, I'm sorry, but the current SP drop is directly related to this recent announcement.
It's a clear outcome of a management decision.
