If Elon makes a play it's all over IMO. He'd make a play none of the others will compete with and make it too hard for the BoD to convince anyone to hold with the numbers he'd jot down. Elon does not dilly dally, nor tend to bother negotiating.
It does come down to this @heedlesspage as you've stated here... "There is only ONE Liontown out there let’s face it" and when you desperately and knowingly require SC6 grade tomorrow where are you sourcing from?
