I dont like the management, too many budgetary and operational targets set, then missed.
The assets might be ok in the right hands, but are yet to be proven through sustainable production rates.

However, there's probably a modest short term stag profit for those participating in the RI. I say modest because with 1.5 billion shares on offer post CR, JPR sp will be a sluggish beast.
Current sp carries some premium from those wanting to qualify for the RI imo.

I think I'll pass. If there was a shortfall offer where I could hold 1 share and get the rest at 2.7c, then maybe that would be worth the paperwork.

However, I will keep watching and contributing. Its a real education witnessing the spin coming out of this mob.
