I am kind of leaning to point (b) as suggested by luvsfootie and myself over time.

My thoughts are a free carried 15%.
An if they are good at the discussion table maybe some royalties.

What I do want is a revised JORC, this will occur with projected drilling program. What I did like was the purchase of their own drilling machines. This does give me a bit of confidence in that they are not going to give away the project, too soon.

Then an expansion of known areas.
A BFS if possible and a mine permit.

Once this is done with of course a CR and some external investment, then commence the true JV contractual arrangements.

I know the last part sounds like I am dreaming, but you have to dream to win.
