@dynofish has sent Liontown an email incorporating the statistical data that you have all provided.
The email also spelled out the view that we “welded on shareholders” do not support any takeover at $3.00 from whoever the suitor is, nor would we support a takeover at some minor premium to the ALB “offer”.
We are aware that today Euroz Hartley is calling around to significant retail shareholders encouraging them to sell at $3.00.
This implies that they are struggling to shake out shares on market.
Dynofish has advised that he will provide further feedback on these matters very soon, and in the meantime we should follow our Board’s advice which is to “shareholders do not need to take any action".
