Not all No voters are racists, I'm inclined to go with No because I don't believe in integration of aboriginals. Because there are some aboriginals that don't want to be integrated, and it is those that contribute to the gap. The solution is to have a Treaty so a clear line can be defined, those that want to integrate can stay and those that don't can go to their own system. They can have their passports and complete different legal system. The Voice will stop this by recognising all Indigenous in the constitution and give them a Voice.
