The corporate governance is as good as it gets, all directors have significant incentives aligned with shareholders interest (share price).

They have stuck at 30-40% as per my post above, once Tranche 2 is exercised Songtradr has 33.64%, throw in the options and a $3mil cash injection and they'd have 43% with no further dilution - which won't be the case.

Projecting another 200mil shares to be issued, by 2025, for acquisitions or cash. Songtradr post oppies exercise would be at 36%, total "related" ownership 42%.

Songtradr intends to be a long term shareholder, from this announcement, as well as their actions, not take over.
