the only thing that concerns me is the regulatory approvals. In my personal experience this is what significantly delays or stops projects. I haven’t seen an approvals plan but that may be due to me missing it in an announcement. And yes, approvals timelines are extremely hard to predict.
**edit: it would be great to understand what people’s thoughts are on key risks with regards to any particular project approvals.
