But with nothing heard from the company about the expiry of the Oaktree loan agreement, perhaps they are in breach of their continuous disclosure obligations on the ASX. It would seem to be a material change in the balance sheet ansd the number of quarters funded for operation. Add in the loan covenants related to the minimum operating balance and things must be getting acute.
