Current sentiment and SP is the worst case scenario - 18 months ago when Pela 96 was granted if you told me the SP was going to be 20c in Aug 2010 I would have laughed. There would only be one way that could have happened, that would be no more discoveries in the U.S, no action at Hybrid or Banyas and major delays at pela. All are correct - the worst case is reality...
